Transenergoprom management and ESC RusHydro discussed the further development of CHESK

Vladimir Kemerin, General Director of ESC RusHydro JSC, and Elena Klimashevskaya, General Director of Transenergoprom LLC, held a number of business meetings in the Chuvashia Republic as part of regulatory actions for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Chuvash Energy Retail Corporation. The parties discussed issues of developing CHESK, improving the quality of energy supply to consumers in the region. Strategically important issues were discussed jointly by the Chief Federal Inspector of the Chuvash Republic Gennady Fedorov and Acting Minister of Industry and Energy Alexander Kondratiev.

During a meeting with employees of Chuvash Energy Retail, the general director of ESC RusHydro Vladimir Kimerin thanked the employees for many years of fruitful cooperation. Elena Klimashevskaya, General Director of Transenergoprom, in turn, indicated the well-coordinated work of the company and a solid material and technical base. Also, in the framework of communication with the team, Elena Valentinovna assured that all successful projects of CHESK will continue, and the company will develop and take a course towards digitization.

In the workshop, power engineers paid special attention to the issue of Federal Law of December 27, 2018 No. No. 522-FZ. The management discussed already implemented projects for the installation of an intelligent electrical metering system in the region and the prospects for the development of CHESK in the field of further digitization of the enterprise’s work in this field.

On a working visit, Elena Klimashevskaya visited the joint Kanash and Tsivil districts of CHESK. The company’s management has been entrusted with the development of consolidated settlement and cash centers. This issue was also discussed at a meeting with the head of the Kanach city administration Vitaly Mikhailov. The mayor assured that he is ready for fruitful cooperation.
